A healthcare provider with over 37 years of experience in outpatient health care, hospital-based care, managed care, public health, data analysis, analytical tool development, undergraduate and graduate level education. Her passions include providing care of older adults, patients with chronic health conditions, and streamlining processes for continuous quality improvement.
Extensive years of health care experience and home-based primary care in continuing care communities and residential homes. Collaboration with facility staff, care managers and ancillary therapists to provide holistic care. The medical, psychological, and social aspects of care being addressed at all times.

Rosemarie earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Nursing Administration degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University.
A mother of two children (30, 33) and resides in Vienna, Virginia with her husband and Black Lab Bella. In her spare time, she enjoys being a Gigi to 3 granddaughters, traveling to the beach and spending time with family.

Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in primary care and by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in integrating mental health support within primary care settings.
Her approach is rooted in understanding the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Whether managing chronic illnesses, supporting mental health, or promoting preventive care, and tailors her treatments to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
She is dedicated to creating a healing environment that fosters trust, resilience, and holistic growth. When she's not working with patients, she enjoys mindfulness practices, outdoor activities, and community health initiatives.

A board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

In addition to her professional roles, she served as a volunteer with the Fairfax County Medical Reserve Corps and the Arlington Free Clinic, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to community health and access to care.

Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, spending time with her three adult children, and caring for the many animals she loves.
