Responsive to questions and manages my parents' health issues with attention to detail — it is not unusual to receive an email late in the evening or on the weekend. Regularly drops in to say hello even when there is no appointment on the calendar for the day. This incredibly caring and personal approach to care brings such comfort to my folks; they feel at ease with her, trust her, and are much more apt to open up about what is happening to their bodies. This personal connection/care also allows her to “be direct when necessary” when having difficult conversations about the indignities of aging or in an emergency situation. Our family has come to rely on her experience to make the difficult calls. Her care of my parents is superb and frankly, I thought this type of personal care was extinct in the US!
